First, we’ll have a video call so we can answer any initial questions you have. We’ll show you the website and run through some option with you. Once you are happy to proceed, we’ll send you a worksheet to fill in. This will include all the details we need to build your website. Once we get this back we build your site. When you are happy with it, we will put your site live on your domain. Simples!
Your website is specifically designed for your and your business, therefore the work required varies considerably. For a one property website typically prices start at £399, with multi-site websites starting at around £899. An additional hosting and maintenance fee is also required £14.99 per month.
Websites cost money to run. The monthly fee covers the cost of Hosting, Security, the link to the Review tool, Software Management tools and the monthly Maintenance Management. Additional fees to upgrade your CDN connection (a worthwhile investment) and email can be discussed when you sign up.
The package doesn’t come with email as this will use extra disk space.
The best way to contact us is by using the email ticketing system. This helps us prioritise requests. Day time contact is limited so we can focus on website work. We are available in the evenings for client appointments.
To keep your website running smooth, we only allow our websites to be hosted on our servers.
All our website designs are tailored to individual properties, making them look unique to specific venues. We don’t make bespoke sites for properties as this wouldn’t be cost effective for you or us.
No. The site is separate to your Property Management system. You’ll need a PMS to manage all your bookings with.
When customers want to book your property, you have three options of how we can set this up.
We will explain this in full when we speak on the initial call.
Firstly, you can have a link to an external booking page which is hosted by your PMS or an OTA.
Second, you can manage an inventory of Rooms from within the website. You then transfer your bookings manually into your PMS.
Thirdly, for an additional fee, our developer can link our site to your PMS system (subject to a viability assessment) so that your rates and availability are pulled into your site automatically from your PMS and new reservations are delivered directly into your system.
